Moving after 27 years is a fast train to a world of stress. The bedding, the utensils… all that sodding stuff. So go and show a bit of support this Thursday as the London Design Museum reopens in its new High Street Kensington home. Like all the best house moves, it means an upgrade in floor space (three times that of its old home in Shad Thames), which means their vast collection gets a full airing for the first time. Opening exhibition Fear And Love: Reactions To A Complex World is reassuringly weighty.
