In 2012 Ross Shonhan and Tom Moxon opened ramen restaurant Bone Daddies in Soho. Within the next four years they opened five more outlets (with two more planned), were named one of the world’s best ramen purveyors by Japan’s Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum, and are now publishing their first cookbook.
