Michelin Bib Gourmand winner Foley’s have launched new and exciting Breakfast & Brunch menu, where dazzling flavours of the middle east and Asia come together to form a uniquely crafted menu to suit all taste-buds.
Drawing together the best of Foley’s Middle East and Asian inspired dishes, the ‘Rolls & Bowls’ breakfast and brunch menu is a concise and carefully formed menu consisting of two main sections; Mitz’s freshly baked Paratha Rolls and wholesome Egg Bowls. For something lighter there will also be the choice of Yogurt and Granola or an assortment of pastries from the bakery.
The Paratha rolls are made in-house, are accompanied by a fried egg and wrapped around fillings of your choice, some of which include delicious Lamb Merguez, Smoked Salmon and cream cheese or Avocado.
The Egg Bowls consist of two perfectly poached eggs served with a choice of sourdough or focaccia and fennel butter, and are dished up with a choice of Shakshuka Peppers, Mushrooms and truffle, Avocado and feta, smoked salmon and cream cheese or Lamb Merguez.
