Beginner: 4 sets 

Advanced: 5 sets 

Rest: 30 seconds between each set

  • Floor press: 8 reps  
  • Pistol squat: 6 reps on each leg 
  • Weighted step ups: 15 reps 
  • Stiff leg deadlift: 8-10 reps 
  • Dumbbell squat: 8-10 reps
  • Isometric plank: 60 seconds

With over 7 years’ experience as a personal trainer, 4 years working at Gymbox, and a part of @teammadness, we’re fairly confident Aaron knows what he’s doing when it comes to fitness. While his training changes from person to person, varying the exercises to best improve an individual’s strength, movement and overall performance, he most enjoys the vein throbbing discipline of weightlifting.
