From 4-6pm on Saturday, he'll be cooking his specialty Oklahoma Onion Burger at Bleecker Burger Victoria, and for the two hours after that, he's signing copies of The Great American Burger Book. Bleecker have also got Brooklyn Summer Ale for just £3 a pint between 4 and 8pm.
