This March Zoe Adjonyoh, Founder of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, will bring her West African flavours to London Fields, with a brand new residency at The Institute of Light. To celebrate, we’re offering Mr Hyde readers an exclusive 50% off food at the soft launch night on Friday 2 March.
You can expect to see dishes such as of Oto cakes with soft boiled duck egg, Cayenne & Baobab Butter Roasted Corn, Kenkey and Sardines and Zoe’s signature Ghanaian Red Red Bean Stew, as well as specially created cinema snacks including Akara fritters, Kelewele and Supermalt Cassava Crisps.
Since 2010, Zoe has been championing African food and culture for the masses, with a string off sell-out supper clubs, a tenure at Pop Brixton and a bestselling cook book. Her new residency will be the next chapter in exploring African cooking, with a whole new menu of dishes inspired by her travels, as well as old favourites from her Brixton pop-up.
