We’ve teamed up with Gyoza Bar to give Mr Hyde readers two-for-one on all Gyoza dumplings and Japanese beers.
Situated in Covent Garden, Gyoza Bar serve Gyoza dumplings, Ramen, Bao Buns and an assortment of small plates. Only local organic food is used and the Gyoza and Ramen are all made on site using original Japanese equipment and all made to a traditional recipe.
For those not in the know, Gyoza are small dumplings packed with a choice of meats, salmon or vegetables and all featuring a delicious array of chilli oil, garlic vinegar and usami soy to name a few.
Gyoza has a wide array of drinks including sumptuous wines, for those wanting an exclusively Japanese experience a must-try is the Japanese beer or Sake.
